Executive Chef Mike Osinski

"To be the best you must surround oneself with
the best. I have always had a passion for cooking, from growing
up and helping my mom cook

dinner to graduation from Schoolcraft College. Through the years
of cooking and molding myself to become a chef I realized that I am only
as good as the people I train and become a part of.

The best thing about cooking is knowing that every day I will learn
something new and I will have a positive effect on many people."
