“My heart is in my work...I really love and enjoy what I do.”

Ever since I was 16, I’ve loved to cook. My joy is to mix old-fashioned entrees with modern-day tastes.

For 10 years I’ve been a member of the Andiamo family, and since November 2006 I have been the Executive Chef at Andiamo Novi.

I strive to keep the customers happy. To me, the mark of success is knowing that our guests have enjoyed their meals and would come back for more.
