I've been a chef for a long time.16 years now. In 1999, I joined the Andiamo family of restaurants. I started out right here in Rochester, then served as the Executive Chef at Andiamo Dearborn for three years. I am pleased to be back in Rochester and look forward to seeing familiar faces.
My love affair with cooking began while at Schoolcraft College where I studied under five certified master chefs. I take great pride in bringing people joy through food. I love being a chef, and I'm confident the pride that my staff and I put into our work will shine through with each and every bite.
