John Waite

John Waite is a British born rock star, beginning his rise to fame as the lead vocalist and bassist for The Babys who rocketed to the Top 20 chart positions with a pair of infectious hits, “Isn’t It Time” and “Every Time I Think of You”. John’s successful solo career includes #1 Billboard’s Hot 100 singles, Album Rock Tracks and Adult Contemporary charts with single “Missing You” and “Tears” hitting one of the top 10 hits on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts! During a reunion in 1988 of John’s former band mates, Jonathan Cain and Ricky Phillips from The Babys, along with Neal Schon from Journey and drummer Deen Castronovo, altogether formed a supergroup called Bad English. The new band sold more than two million albums in the U.S alone as well as hitting # 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 with ballad “When I See You Smile”. John teamed up with Matchbox 20 lead guitarist and songwriter, Kyle Cook in 2011 and their creative chemistry birthed the exhilarating Rough & Tumble, a long form exercise in raucous riffs and bloody truths highlighted by “Further the Sky,” “Shadows of Love” and the Classic Radio chart topping title track, a remarkable feat for any musician to reach number one airplay after three and a half decades in the music business trenches. Waite devotes heart and soul to each live performance, making sure every fan in the audience leaves just as elated and exhausted as the band they paid to see. John Waite has been successfully writing, recording and performing some of the most listenable, enduring and appreciated popular music for more than 35 years!

Elvis To The Max

Friday, February 14th, 2020 – Valentine’s Day!

*$65 ticket includes dinner!
Elvis To The Max is one of the world’s best-praised Elvis impressionists. Max Pellicano’s portrayal of Elvis goes beyond mere impersonation. His recreation of “The King’s” looks, moves, vocal style, impressions and humor is so accurate, it’s awe-inspiring. You need to sound like the real thing and Max Pellicano has worked hard at that. Not only is the voice important, it’s also knowing how to become the man himself on stage. The attitude is shy, but confident, in a rich Mississippi drawl that is typically Elvis.

Bay City Rollers

Saturday, March 14th, 2020

The Bay City Rollers created some of the most enjoyable and enduring pop music of the 1970’s. The Rollers saga began in 1967 in Edinburgh, Scotland. As The Saxons, the quintet limped along in relative obscurity for three years before deciding to change their name and image. As pop history tells it, the lads stuck a pin in a United States map and hit Bay City, Michigan. With the addition of ‘Rollers’ (the British term for “soft rockers”) and a new wardrobe, the Bay City Rollers were born. A succession of Top 10 UK hits quickly followed. While accusations of hype rage, the physical evidence was irrefutable: concert riots, hotels under siege, mass teen faintings, etc. Additionally, this teenybopper havoc had a look all its own – tartan. Like their idols, tartan-trimmed trousers and suspenders and plaid scarves and shirts became required wardrobe for devoted Rollers fans. “What could girls do to identify with the Osmonds?” admitted one British teen magazine, “Dress up like Mormons?” By 1974, the phenomena known as “Rollermania” had conquered Britain and most of Europe. America’s case of Rollermania lasted until 1977, over the course of five RIAA Gold albums (BAY CITY ROLLERS, ROCK ‘N ROLL LOVE LETTER, DEDICATION, IT’S A GAME and GREATEST HITS).

Not content to sit on the legacy they so passionately protect, LPJ and the band are taking a page from his father’s playbook, by wailing Prima Swing like its 2014. Less concerned about reliving the past than about creating a future for it, Louis Prima Jr and the Witnesses bring new energy and a current attitude to the masses with The Wildest Show this side of the 1960’s. LPJ and the Band are currently touring in support of their second Warrior Records/Universal Music Distribution release, BLOW – a collection of original music (save for a couple of surprises) as eclectic and unique as each member of this powerhouse band. As energetic and over-the-top as their live shows, BLOW continues the ever-changing musical journey that Prima Sr. began in the 30s. “With the band’s collective talents and diverse musical tastes, we wind up with a sound unique to this band, while staying true to the boisterous Prima style,” says Louis.
