A native of Ontario, Canada, Jay moved to Detroit with his family, where he subsidized his business education at Wayne University by selling insurance and doing local singing gigs. He always loved Neil Diamond music and included it in his act. When Neil Diamond fans convinced him he sounded like the real thing, he began to study the look and the movements more closely.
Jay’s every movement, sound and expression are tributes to the passion and power of the real Diamond, giving new luster to the life of the man and his music. LOUIS PRIMA JR & THE WITNESSES
REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE
Louis Prima Jr. and the Witnesses are bringing Prima music into the 21st century. Not content to sit on the legacy they so passionately protect, LPJ and the band are taking a page from his father’s playbook, by wailing Prima Swing like its 2014. Less concerned about reliving the past than about creating a future for it, Louis Prima Jr and the Witnesses bring new energy and a current attitude to the masses with The Wildest Show this side of the 1960’s. LPJ and the Band are currently touring in support of their second Warrior Records/Universal Music Distribution release, BLOW – a collection of original music (save for a couple of surprises) as eclectic and unique as each member of this powerhouse band. As energetic and over-the-top as their live shows, BLOW continues the ever-changing musical journey that Prima Sr. began in the 30s. “With the band’s collective talents and diverse musical tastes, we wind up with a sound unique to this band, while staying true to the boisterous Prima style,” says Louis. It’s been 50 years since legendary Prima music shook the walls of Capitol. A new legend is being born, and it will BLOW you away!
This show scheduled for April 17, 2021 is postponed. A new date will be announced soon and tickets purchased will be honored for the new date.

The Cornell Gunter Coasters, The Platters and The Drifters
We are working on rescheduling this show for a new date in 2021. We will update this site when a new date is confirmed.
Cornell Gunter’s Coasters: Clown Princes of Rock & Roll
Relive the most magical night in our musical History. Over the years, Cornell Gunter’s Coasters has continually built up a new market for their approach to 1950’s music. Once you’ve seen the show, you will know what we mean when we say, “you are in for a surprise.” They are as much a comedy act as a singing group. Yes, “Charlie Brown, He’s A Clown”
The Platters: America’s First Crossover Rock Group
The Platters debut single, Only You launched the vocal group on the world stage. The romantic ballard became an instant hit with the public and reached number five on the Pop charts, pioneering the “new sound” of Rock & Roll. The follow-up single The Great Pretender, propelled The Platters to the number one position on the pop charts, providing the launch pad for their meteoric rise as crossover artists. Both songs have since been declared songs of the 21st century by the Grammy Music Hall of Fame
The Drifters: A Half Century of Classic American Music
There’s a very good reason the Rolling Stone magazine, in their iconic issue “500 Greatest Rock and Roll Performers” said The Drifters “No group has done it this well for this long-no one, not even the Rolling Stones.” That’s quite an accolade to live up to but hopefully, on their latest tour, The Drifters will once again prove Rolling Stone to be the sage of Rock and Roll. There are many “first” for the Drifters: they were the first group inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, they were the first musical rock and roll group o include string instruments into rhythm and blues music with their hauntingly beautiful song, “There Goes My Baby”. They were the first musical group to sell two million records with their pop classic “Up On The Roof”. They were part of the longest running sold out concert show in Las Vegas history. For fifteen years, every night along with the Platters and the Cornell Gunther Coasters.
