Q: Do the eGift cards expire? What about the bonus eGift card that I received during Cyber Monday?
A: No, eGift cards do not expire.

Q: Where can I redeem my Joe Vicari Restaurant Group eGift card?
A: Joe Vicari Restaurant Group eGift cards can be redeemed at all Michigan Andiamo locations (excluding the Andiamo location within DTW), Andiamo Pasta + Chops, Andiamo Bistro, Bronze Door, Birmingham Pub, Statler, and all Joe Muer locations.

Q: Can I use an eGift card for online orders?
A: No, eGift cards cannot be used for online orders.

Q: Can eGift cards be used with promotional menus?
A: No, eGift cards cannot be redeemed for promotional menus. Since we frequently offer eGift card promotions, only one promotion can be applied at a time.

Q: Can I purchase a plastic gift card through the website?
A: No, all gift card purchases made through the website will arrive as an eGift card that is sent via email. Plastic gift cards can be purchased at your preferred Joe Vicari Restaurant Group location.

Q: How can I check my gift card balance?
A: You can check your balance via our online portal. For older eGift cards or plastic gift cards, please contact your preferred restaurant location for assistance. To check your balance, click here!

Q: Can I purchase an eGift card from outside the United States?
A: No, eGift cards can only be purchased from within the United States.

Q: Why was my eGift card purchase declined?
A: Your transaction may have been declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information (ensure the ZIP code matches your payment provider’s records), unsupported payment types, daily spending limits, or security flags on your IP address.

Q: Can I use eGift cards for banquet or catering orders?
A: No, eGift cards cannot be used for banquet or catering purchases.

Q: Can I get a refund for my eGift card?
A: eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash.
